Barbaros KALKAN

He joined the Eliksir Pharmaceuticals, Food, Health, Cosmetic products and Consulting Services Limited Company team as Sales and Marketing Manager in August 2014.

Previously for almost 23 years, Barbaros has worked in multinational companies like Ciba and Novartis in positions such as; Sales Representative, Regional Manager, Sales Manager and Customer Services Manager where he gained the vast expertise in OTC, Ethical Products, Medical Devices, Cardiovasculars, Neurology and Oncology areas. His expertise on Sales and Marketing is not only in managerial side of the job; on site sales, establishment and training of the sales teams, building up sales strategies and systems, performance management are his strong expertise points. His last corporate position was Novartis OTC National Sales Head where he managed a sales force team of 113.

He was graduated in 1986 from Marmara University with a degree in Business Administration. Barbaros is father of 1 children and fluent in English.
